By downloading, installing, or using CallCheck ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CallCheck is a decision-support application for incoming phone calls. It analyzes on-device data and publicly available web information to help users decide whether to answer, reject, or block unknown callers. CallCheck is not a caller identification service and does not guarantee the identity of any caller.
CallCheck provides probability-based assessments, not definitive identifications. Results are based on available device history and public web data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any assessment. Users should exercise their own judgment when deciding to answer, reject, or block calls.
CallCheck requires a paid subscription of $1.00 USD per month, billed through Google Play. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play settings.
You may use CallCheck for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App. You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or to harass or stalk any person.
CallCheck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Idolab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idolab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of CallCheck.
CallCheck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
